Back for its fourth year, we are excited to once again host the Annual Matthew John Phillips Golf Tournament at Cyprian Keyes in Boylston, MA with a 1:30 PM Shotgun Start.

 

HOW TO GET INVOLVED

There are many ways to get involved with the MJP Golf Tournament!

• Register Your Team to Play

  • Registration is easy! Simply FILL OUT OUR GOOGLE FORM FOR TEAM REGISTRATIONS, and submit your secure payment (at the bottom of this page). RSVP deadline is April 15, 2025.

  • The registration fee is $150 per person which includes an 18-hole scramble, cart, range use, and buffet dinner.

• Donate a Raffle Item

  • We are now accepting raffle donations (themed baskets, gift certificates, etc.) Please complete the Raffle Donation Form to complete your donation - thank you!​ CLICK HERE TO FILL OUT A RAFFLE DONATION FORM.

• Sponsor a Tee

  • For $150, supporters looking to sponsor a tee will receive a printed sponsor sign with your company/family name/logo to display on each tee on the day of the event.​ If you are interested in sponsoring a tee, please email Nick Boudreau at nboudreau@bbrsd.org. Payments for tee sponsorships can be made via Venmo @MatthewJohnPhillips via PayPal @ MJPScholarship or checks made payable to The Matthew John Phillips Scholarship Foundation and mailed to 5 Heywood Street, Boylston, MA 01505.

• Make a Monetary Donation

  • Can't make the event? We'll be sad to miss you but would be grateful for your consideration of a donation. Donations can be made via Venmo @MatthewJohnPhillips, PayPal @MJPSchoarship, or by mailing a check to: Matthew Phillips Foundation, 5 Heywood Street, Boylston, MA 01505.​
